Your invoices get paid in one click, straight from the email.
Every Orizen invoice generates its own payment link. Your client clicks, pays by card or SEPA, and the collection is marked automatically. No more IBAN taped to the bottom of invoices, no more manual bank reconciliations.
Beyond the ‘Stripe Payment Links vs GoCardless’ debate: why French B2B SMEs still lose 8 to 15 days of DSO per invoice, why IBAN at the bottom of the page doesn’t work in 2026, and why we integrated the payment link into Orizen invoices—so you stop checking your bank statement on Sunday nights.
IWho is it for
For any SME that wants to get paid in hours, not weeks.
RIB at the bottom of an invoice barely works. Most SMEs lose 8 to 15 days of DSO and 4 % of payments because paying a B2B invoice in France is still a mini-project: copy the IBAN, open the bank app, enter the recipient, confirm. The payment link turns this into a single click.
Consultancy, ESN, freelancer
Your end-of-month invoices go out by email. Your clients always forget 2 or 3. You follow up in a meeting the next week. It drains your team.
Payment link embedded in invoice emails, with automatic graduated reminders. The customer pays while the invoice is still in front of them.
Tradesperson, construction, home service provider
End of job, you want to collect now—not wait 30 days for a transfer. You ask for the IBAN, the client says, 'I’ll do it tonight'.
You send a link by SMS from your smartphone, the customer pays by card in 30 seconds before you leave. Cash collected on site.
Digital agency, online service provider
Your customer is at the other end of France. You send them the signed quote, they owe you the deposit. Without a link, it’s a 5-day wait.
Automatic deposit upon quote signature. Link sent, payment collected, project launched the same day.
Coach, trainer, expert selling per unit
You sell a workshop, training or consultation. Today: PayPal Pro or bank transfer. Lots of friction, lots of abandoned carts.
Express ad hoc link with no prior invoice. You send it via WhatsApp, the customer pays, you deliver. Friction divided by 5.
IIThe link next to the invoice
Not a separate platform: the link is in the invoice, and the invoice is in Orizen.
The details below: the three pain points of manual collection, the four core functions of the Orizen link, three tactical use cases (deposit on signing, outgoing invoice, express collection), and the comparison vs Stripe Payment Links and GoCardless.
The true cost of manual collection
Your invoices are ready. Your clients are waiting for a simple way to pay.
The ‘I’ll do it tonight’ bank transfer
Your customer receives the invoice. They say yes. They set aside to make the transfer “tonight”. Three weeks later, they haven’t had time. You follow up.
Manual bank ↔ invoice reconciliation
You open your bank statement. You search for the invoice reference in the description. You reconcile. You forget to reconcile one. Accounting error.
The customer who 'would prefer to pay by card'
You tell them to check their bank details or PayPal Pro. Friction. You lose the sale, or wait 2 weeks for a transfer that never arrives.
The Orizen payment link
One link per invoice. One click to pay. A collection marked on its own.
Link generated from the invoice
When the invoice is issued, the link is created and included in the email. You can also generate it ad hoc for a deposit or free payment.
Secure unique link per invoice
Printable QR code for paper invoices
Ad hoc link (free amount) for deposit
Automatic payment marking
As soon as the payment goes through on Stripe, the invoice is marked as 'paid' in Orizen, the accounting entry is created, and the customer is notified by email.
Stripe webhook → instant paid status
Payment recorded in Pennylane
Payment receipt sent to client
Auto reminders if unpaid
At +3, +7, +15 days: reminder email with the payment link. The tone toughens progressively. You keep the follow-up history in the customer record.
Configurable reminder templates
Pause if client reports an issue
Overdue dashboard in real time
Card, SEPA, Apple Pay, Google Pay
Your customer chooses their payment method. Card for small amounts, SEPA for large B2B transfers (reduced fees), wallet for mobile.
Mandatory 3DS Secure
SEPA Direct Debit for recurring payments
Multi-currency EUR / USD / GBP / CHF
When to use it
3 situations where the link changes everything.
The Orizen payment link isn’t just ‘the invoice online’. It’s a tactical tool for 3 key commercial moments.
Signature deposit
The signed quote triggers the deposit
Upon quote signature, Orizen automatically sends the deposit link (30% by default). No follow-up calls needed—the project starts once payment is received.
Outgoing invoice
The customer pays from the invoice email
Your monthly invoice goes out with its link. The customer pays in 30 seconds, no need to copy-paste your bank details. Average DSO halved.
Express collection
The ‘quick link’ with no prior invoice
Instant collection for a job, workshop or training. Generate an ad-hoc link, send it via SMS or WhatsApp, and collect payment before the work is done.
Stripe Payment Links works very well. But the link isn’t connected to your invoice, CRM, or accounting. You re-enter data manually, re-key information, and pay for two tools.

IVFAQs
Answers to the questions we’re asked most often.
Do I need an existing Stripe account to use the Orizen payment link?
No. Orizen helps you open your Stripe account (15 minutes, free, online KYC) or connects to your existing one. The account remains in your name, funds go directly to your IBAN, and you retain full control. Orizen only manages link creation and payment webhook reception.
What are the fees for the payment link?
Standard Stripe fees: 1.4% + €0.25 for intra-EU card payments, 1% for SEPA Direct Debit, 2.9% + €0.25 for non-EU cards. Orizen takes NO additional commission on payments. You pay Stripe exactly what you would pay directly, and the link generated from Orizen is included in your subscription.
Does the customer need to create an account to pay?
No. The customer clicks the link from the invoice email, sees the invoice details, enters their card and pays. No account creation or password required. The payment page is mobile-optimised (Apple Pay and Google Pay available with one tap), with a Stripe-like checkout experience featuring your logo.
What if I prefer to continue collecting payments via traditional bank transfer?
The Orizen link supports classic SEPA bank transfers (the customer can copy the IBAN displayed on the payment page). However, the benefit of card/SEPA Direct Debit links is reducing DSO by an average of 8 to 15 days. You can keep the bank transfer option for your long-standing major accounts and enable the link for others.
Are payments automatically recorded in Pennylane?
Yes. For every successful payment, Orizen pushes to Pennylane: the invoice marked as paid, the bank entry with the correct account (based on your settings), and automatic reconciliation between invoice and payment. Your accountant no longer needs manual input, and bank reconciliation is instant.
Does the link work for a deposit before the final invoice?
Yes. You can generate an ad hoc link (free amount) from a customer record or a signed quote, for example for a 30% deposit at signing. This link is traceable in the customer record as a payment, then automatically attached to the final invoice issued later.
VOur conviction
A 30-day collection is a free loan to your customer.
The average DSO for French SMEs is between 25 and 35 days. One fewer day of DSO means one extra day of cash flow in your current account. For an SME invoicing €1M per year, 10 fewer days of DSO means ~€27,000 in recovered cash flow—without selling a single extra service.
We’ve seen too many business leaders struggle to make their sales profitable while effectively lending €30,000 a month to their customers for free. Not out of goodwill — because of payment friction.
The payment link isn’t a technical gimmick. It’s a financial decision: take back control of your cash flow by removing the friction between sending an invoice and getting paid. And we’ve built it into Orizen with no extra cost, because it’s your invoices, your cash, your books. Not some third-party tool’s playground.
